Tie-Ups

Any collaboration has to make business sense and add value to the shareholders as well as the stakeholders.

Bluepeter's belief in providing the best to its customers and personnel paved way to the alliances it has had during its journey all these years.

All the tie-ups have been done strategically to enhance Bluepeter technical know-how, capacity & network; and in the process also it has gained many friends & well-wishers across the globe.

It all started when GM approached Bluepeter for Jack assembly way back in 1995. Bluepeter tied-up with one of the best German jack R&D and manufacturing company, M/s Stroz. This tie-up helped Bluepeter to ensure quality-cost competitive product to GM.

This sowed seed in BPG personnel for the next big step, indigenizing the mechanical jack which then it went on to supplier M/s Maruti-Suzuki.

In 1997 BPG tied-up with one of the Italian companies, M/s Olas known for its expertise in progressive press dies / tools. This was the era when India was still opening up its market and no one had thought about procuring engineering goods from here, let alone stamping tools & dies, especially progressive. BPG also started exporting automotive engineering design solutions, including prototyping.

BPG had the expertise to gauge the changing industry scenario across the globe and with a vision to grow around its core competence, various other tie-ups were done to enhance competitiveness and provide global foot-print to the company.

In 2003, BPG had a tie-up with one of the great companies from UK, M/s OLS Automotive to impart the skill & knowledge to the industry for the latest techniques & technology which were becoming foundation pillars of the organized industries, not just nationally but also internationally.

Bluepeter formed alliances with yet another European company in 2004, M/s Biasi, to provide state of the art, flexible, stylish central heating systems. It looked at the need of the Indianconsumersat that time, mapped it to the International standards and went on to ensure availability of the same nationally - 'nothing but the best for its customers'; that is what it did with its alliance with M/s Biasi.

In 2007, BPG formed yet another alliance with globally renowned Italian company, M/s Meccanotecnica, an expertise in big progressive stamping toolings and automations.

In 2013, BPG in its pursuit to expand its competitiveness did joint venture with yet another renowned Japanese company, M/s Daichii Kogyo and formed company by name of Daichii N Horizon Autocomp Pvt. Ltd.

BPG understands that excellence has no limits. Hence to ensure competitiveness, to be agile & bring customer delight along with positively impacting the bottom line, it has to continuously strive to move forward, improve, collaborate and achieve win-win situation for all the parties involved. Journey for friends & alliances is still on......
